Squash is a fun, exciting, fast paced sport that can be enjoyed by players of all ages and abilities. It is a great way to improve fitness levels and develop muscle strength without setting foot in a gym! Players burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour on court. This, alongside the cardiovascular and full body workout it provides, make it one of the healthiest sports around.
Who Can Play?
Everyone! We run sessions from age 3 up to adult. Coaching is tailored to the age and ability of each client so that they get as much out of each session as possible. The focus is on enjoyment and fun, as well as technical and physical improvement.
Founded in 2016, Superstar Squash has helped dozens of local players improve their game. Our aim is to provide focused, personalised coaching, reflective of the goals of each individual. The emphasis is on achieving progress in all areas of the game, including technical ability, fitness, physical development and tactical awareness.
Superstar Squash is owned and run by Greg Millhouse. Greg is England Squash level 3 qualified, DBS checked and has all relevant insurance, child protection and emergency first aid training.
